【第三次公告】弘光科技大創校59週校慶運動會

為鼓勵全校師生積極參與第59週年校慶運動會，促進校園運動風氣，並讓尚未完成報名之師生有更多參與機會，故延長報名期限。

一.活動日期:115.12.02(三)

二.活動地點:田徑場、室內籃球場

三.活動項目:

1.匹克球：

(1)決賽：115年12月02日(三)，09 時50 分〜12 時00。

2.班際大隊接力:

(1) 分組計時決賽:115年12月02日(三)。

3.100公尺競賽

(1)預賽：115年11月19日(四)下午13:00舉行，每組分組第一名直接晉級決賽，其餘名次依

成績擇優晉級。

(2)決 賽：115年12月2日(三)上午09:50~12:00，各組取前 3 名頒獎。

四、.比賽人數：

  1.匹克球比賽：學生組（雙打賽）(每隊由同班或同系所同學組隊報名，採男女混雙自由搭配。

師生組（雙打賽）：本校現職專兼任教職員工均可自由組隊報名參賽（不限男女組合或學生搭配）。

2.班際大隊接力：男生組12人、女生組12人、男女混合組男女12人（前6名女生、後6名男生），  混

合組(可與男生組或女生組重複)，如遇賽前檢錄未到，則以棄權不可參賽論。每班

每組最多限報一隊。

3.100公尺競賽：學生自由參加。

五.報名資訊: 即日起至11月10日(二)，至此網址進行網路報名，https://reurl.cc/KQgAXM，報名完畢請將紙本報名表(簡章P11~15)連同活動同意書及未滿18歲同學的家長同意書(簡章P10~P11，參與者皆須填寫)於在11月12(四)下午15點前繳交至體育中心O棟206或H棟114辦公室，逾期恕不接受理。如有疑問請撥：04-26318652轉校內分機7015、7009。

Extension of Registration Deadline for the 59th Anniversary School Sports Day

To encourage all faculty members, staff, and students to actively participate in the 59th Anniversary School Sports Day, promote a vibrant sports culture on campus, and provide additional opportunities for those who have not yet completed their registration, the registration deadline has been extended.

III. Competition Events

  1. Pickleball
  • Finals: December 2, 2026 (Wednesday), 9:50 AM–12:00 PM.
  1. Interclass 4 × Relay Race
  • Timed Final: December 2, 2026 (Wednesday).
  1. 100-Meter Race
  • Preliminary Rounds: November 19, 2026 (Thursday), at 1:00 PM.
    • The first-place finisher in each heat will automatically advance to the finals.
    • Other finalists will be selected based on their recorded times.
  • Finals: December 2, 2026 (Wednesday), 9:50 AM–12:00 PM.
    • The top three participants in each category will receive awards.
  1. Number of Participants and Team Composition
  2. Pickleball
  • Student Division (Doubles): Students must form teams with classmates or students from the same academic department or graduate institute. Mixed-gender doubles teams are welcome.
  • Faculty and Staff Division (Doubles): Current full-time and part-time faculty members and staff of the university may freely form teams. Teams may consist of any gender combination, including faculty/staff and student pairings.
  1. Interclass 4 × Relay Race

Each class may register a maximum of one team per category.

  • Men’s Division: 12 male participants.
  • Women’s Division: 12 female participants.
  • Mixed Division: 12 participants, consisting of 6 female runners in the first half and 6 male runners in the second half.

Participants in the Mixed Division may also participate in either the Men’s or Women’s Division.

Teams that fail to report for pre-race check-in before the competition will be considered to have forfeited and will not be allowed to compete.

  • Open to all students. Individual registration is welcome.

Online Registration Period: Now through November 10, 2026 (Tuesday).

After completing online registration, please submit the following hard-copy documents:

  1. Printed registration form (pages 11–15 of the event handbook).
  2. Activity Consent Form.
  3. Parental Consent Form for participants under the age of 18.

Document Submission Deadline: November 12, 2026 (Thursday), by 3:00 PM.

Please submit all required documents to either of the following offices:

  • Office 206, Building O, Physical Education Center
  • Office 114, Building H, Physical Education Center

Late submissions will not be accepted.
